At Alberto’s, we believe that great food is crafted with love, care, and a deep respect for quality ingredients. That’s why we use only the freshest produce - either locally grown and harvested or carefully sourced from our trusted Italian suppliers. Our mission is to create a delicious, genuine dining experience that brings people together in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Menu
Our menu celebrates the essence of traditional Italian cuisine, crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Expect vibrant plates of handmade pasta, timeless pizzas inspired by classic recipes, and abundant charcuterie and grazing boards perfect for sharing. Each season, we curate a thoughtfully changing selection of 4-5 dishes that draw inspiration from our Italian heritage and the exceptional local produce of the Cotswolds.
Due to the size of our kitchen and the risk of cross-contamination, we are unable to accommodate coeliac diets or guarantee that dishes are completely gluten-free.
Who we are
We’re Claire and Val, a husband-and-wife team united by a deep passion for Italy and its rich culinary traditions. Claire brings years of experience managing renowned Italian delis and restaurants across the UK, combining expert product knowledge with a keen eye for quality that shines through both our deli shelves and our carefully crafted food and drink menus. Born in Rome and inspired by a family legacy rooted in food, Val’s background includes time in Michelin-starred kitchens and years of running authentic Italian restaurants.
At Albertos, we keep our menu focused and fresh - offering a carefully selected range of dishes made with the finest ingredients, ensuring every bite is unapologetically genuine and vibrant. We’re proud to be here for the locals, creating a welcoming space where authentic Italian flavours meet community spirit.
